The Bento Box 

The Bento box helps us look at ourselves in four ways: Now Me; Now Us; Future Me and Future US. By exploring each quadrant we can determine what our priorities are and what values underpin those values.

Ok! So how do I create my own Bento Box?

 This is a new take on a very practical exercise. The Bento Box is a great way to step back and really seperate the “versions” of yourself into past, present and future.

It’s really important for us to feel like change is possible. The past me helps to make the present me, but I can choose at any moment to do things differently.

Have a try at this session and take all the time you need. You may even like to come back to it another time as ideas pop into our head when we least expect it.
